Com Lasisi Ayinde Akinsanya who is APC flag bearer for the chairmanship position at the Igando-Ikotun Local Council Development Area LCDA has pleaded to citizens to come out in large numbers to support and vote for him.
According to his statement, he said”I went through all my party's(APC) electioneering processes & guide lines. I was also screened at State & Local levels. I won our party primaries in all the 7- wards, overwhelmingly.
“There is no ambiguity in my candidature as the Chairmanship flag bearer for Igando Ikotun LCDA. My candidature from the people's mandate is Not Negotiable.
“I am the authentic APC candidate in the coming LG/LCDA election. I deserve your votes.
“It takes skill to do a task. Do not give the baton to a Javelin thrower or a Swimmer. An Athlete handles the baton better on track. Say 'No' to squared peg in a round hole. Choose right. Vote right.

The election is scheduled to hold on July 24, as stated by the 1999 Nigerian Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
