Chief Judge Justice Obiora Egwuatu made the declaration on Wednesday, claiming that the criminal case placed on them will not be opposed but it’s at minimal.

Justice Egwuatu has ordered the DSS to grant 8 of them a bail of 5million naira each for a minimal criminal case, while the remaining people with severe criminal case will pay a fine of N10,000,000 each and some other conditions that they must meet up with, like bringing a surety who must be a civil servant with properties in Abuja and other additives also they must always report to the station once in a week for three months precisely on Mondays.

Although a lot of Nigerians have reacted to such decision claiming the country is trying to shut citizens mouth up and not to react to any misconduct hovering around the Nation.
