France enters a second nationwide lockdown to reduce the spread of covid-19.

France President, Emmanuel Macron has announced a nationwide lockdown on Wednesday, which will make it the second time in the year 2020.

The president said this in his statement yesterday that, this will last till December 1st at least. Non-essential businesses and bars will be shutdown as the country battles another rigorous level of coronavirus cases.

The lockdown will come as another hit on Disney's Parks, which suffered a $6.2 billion decline in revenue, due to the first phase of the lockdown early this year, compared to what they had in 2019. All 12 of its parks in North America, Asia and Europe were closed between March and May.

Disney has reopened theme parks in Shanghai and Florida, while California remain closed.

The company planned to drop 28,000 workers last months, or more than a quarter of workers in its parks and resorts business, foreseeing the possible second lockdown that has finally come to reality in France.
